Our client, a leading Asia Pacific’s travel facilitator, currently seeking
for the best candidates to fulfill several positions as follow :

1. *Business Analyst (BA-M0609)*

Job description :
- Responsible for assisting the project manager to manage the
overall software development project for Indonesia Market, including :
- Manage system development or implementation projects for clients
- Preparation of project schedule, program specification & user
manual
- Collect, analyze customers business requirements & communicate
with internal staff
- Perform testing on the software to ensure quality delivery
- Coordinate and plan for implementation activities
- Quality assurance of end product and committed delivery to ensure
customer expectation is met
- Provide user training at different levels & on-going client
supports
- Helpdesk and on-site support

Job requirement :
- Degree or above in Business, IT or Computer related subjects
- Knowledge in Accounting, with LCCI certification or relevant
qualification is desirable
- Experience in Travel IT Industry, customer support or functional
testing would be an advantage
- Knowledge of client/server/web development methodologies and
relational database is an added value
- Good communicatiob & interpersonal skills
- Initiative & proactive, eager to learn and accept new challenges
- Able to work on multi-tasks with tight deadline &under pressure
- Detailed and results oriented
- Good command in English
- Analytical minded & strong problem solving skill
- Occasion overseas traveling may be required

1. *Business And Technical Support (TS-M0609)*

Job description :
- Provide technical and functional support to end-users
- Attend helpdesk and perform on-site support
- Perform server and application satup
- Troubleshoot software problems
- System documentation up dates

Job requirement :
- Diploma in computer studies or equivalent, holder MCSE is
preferred
- Knowledge is SQL and database software
- Knowledge is widows server and linux server is an advantage
- Good command in English
- Able to work under pressure and self motivated
- Initiative & proactive, eager to learn and accept new challenges
- Analytical minded & strong problem solving skill
- Occasion overseas traveling may be required
