18. On receipt of Purchase Order from customer pass all details of quote to Sales Administrator
to complete sale.
19. Work with Operations Department to ensure that the service level agreed with the
department is delivered according to SLA. Be the focal point for the resolution of SLA queries
and delivery to the client after approval.
20. Produce a weekly report to the Sales Manager detailing calls made and appointments
scheduled in the calendar.
21. Maintaining accurate sales funnel reports and other documentation.
22. Assist others with any technical queries.
23. Work to and assist with departmental QA System.
24. Any other ad – hoc duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

1. BA/BS in business related field of study or equivalent experience preferred. Additional related
education and/or training a plus.
2. CPA designation required and Telecomunication background with VSAT knowledge.
3. 5 + years of successful sales experience achieving revenue quotas.
4. Demonstrated ability to sell conceptually.
5. Able to obtain appointments with key executives at the target accounts.
6. Self-starter experience getting going with little supervision.
7. Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate
with our prospects, clients and internal company.
8. Highly energetic -able to effectively handle stressful situations in a professional manner
9. Able to establish long lasting relationships with clients
10. Excellent time management skills
11. Able to determine which opportunities to walk away from
12. Ability to establish cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs
