PSI IS LOOKING FOR A STRONG AND PROACTIVE TRAFFIC MANAGER.

To ensure efficient use of agency resources in delivering required Products & services to clients, through smooth operation of creative, design and production resources, through careful planning, organizing, prioritizing and task allocation in coordination with Account Managers, Creative Group Heads and other parties.

DUTIES
- Creative Resource Utilization level: Minimal redundant time of current resources - Minimal
overtime - Minimal call upon free lancers.
- Reaction time to Clients' request: As fast as possible delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Careful planning and allocation of resources for jobs.

Monitor on going process of all projects by organizing and running weekly WIP meetings with Account Managers and Creative Teams.
Running and Improving Standard Operating Procedures designed to help efficient allocation of resources.
Manage changes in priority efficiently and deliver most efficient resources scheduling week by week.
Monitor volume of current and prospective projects and anticipate resource needs, planning, prioritizing and re-allocation.
Enforce project meetings between Account managers and Creative/ Design teams, and ensure that they happen.
Maintain indexed archives of all work for easy retrieval.
Maintain database of freelancers, illustrators, designers,

Qualifications:
- Male or female with previous advertising agency traffic.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Reliable and disciplined
- Project Management ability
- Initiative, self-starter, self-organizer
- Problem solving skills
- D3/S1 any subject.
