1. Construction Manager
- Bachelor Degree in architecture or civil engineering
- Good track record in civil and architecture construction is an advantage
- Experiences in high rise construction management would be high considered

2. Project Architecture
- Solid Educational background
- Experiences in medium to large project is an advantage
- Exposure in high rise building construction would be high considered
- Able to operate CAD effectively

3. Interior Designer
- Good degree in interior designer
- Good track record in interior design/ production would be added-value
- Exposure in high end projects is an advantage
- Computer literate and able to operate CAD effectively

4. Customer Relation
- Min. Diploma Degree in Public Relations/ Communication Studies
- Strong ini communication, presentation and negotiation skill is preffered
- Good in Englih both in written and spoken is an advantage
- Looking profesionally and pleasent personality
