Job summary: to focus in providing unique and personalized service to guests to make their stay a memorable one.

Key duties / responsibilities:

1. Assist to promote the Spa and organize events to market.

2. Assist the day-to-day operations, finance and administration and ensure that the Spa offers superior customer service at all time.

3. Ensure that there is a constant flow of customers

4. Assist to make sure that they follow-up with clients for their therapy sessions

5. Reporting to the Spa Manager.

Skills and qualifications required:

- At least 2 years of experience in Spa and Beauty field.

- Female, min. 23 years old

- Must have excellent spoken/written English

- Other language (such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) is highly desirable

- Computer literate

- Name of references

- Job history (including duration)

- A self starter, energetic, pleasant personality, highly motivated and inspirational

- Have excellent communication skills

- Height minimum 160 cm for Female and 170 cm for Male

- Weight proportional with height

- Having thorough knowledge in the reservation software package preferably Fidelio and Excel.

- Excellent Customer Service Skills

Education:

At least Beauty Care Certification
