PT Merck Tbk., a company based in Germany, leading in pharmaceutical and chemical business in Indonesia, is opening opportunity for energetic and motivated professional with high level of commitment, competence and dedication to the benefit of customers, to fill in the following position:

EXIM STAFF (code: exim)

LOCATED IN JAKARTA

Responsibilities;
S/he shall be responsible in:
Handling import - export activities
Communicating with PPJK and supplier to ensure that import & export process runs well by ensuring all import & export documents are completed
Ensure that permits related to import & export are available when importing processes are done
Provide problem solution for any import & export related problem occurred
Measure KPI of PPJK

Requirements;
Diploma degree or Bachelor degree
Maximum 30 years old
At least 1 year experience in importing field
Understanding on import & export regulation is required, preferably import and export on chemicals
Proactive and communicative personality
Self motivated is a must
Able to work on tight schedule and high pressure
Computer literate, MS Excel competency is highly required
Required language(s); Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred Language(s); English
