SENIOR MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
With direct reporting line to the Managing Director, the appointed candidate is accountable for managing the overall business development and corporate planning functions, ensuring its best profitability and steady business growth.

You should have:
· Bachelor Degree from reputable universities (MBA degree will be an advantage)
· Proven track record in assuming similar function and role
· Excellent leadership and managerial competence
· Good negotiation and communication skill with high level of English proficiency

Business Development Officer

Job purpose:
Communicate with gatekeeper and early introduction to final decision
maker of a company to grab an opportunity of new customer.

Job description:
- Communicate with potential client
- Planning and organizing sales call and sales activity
- Planning and executing the prospect management
- Maintain customer and prospect database
- Managing information to capture potential client and assess the
feasibility
- Evaluation on potential client / existing client requirements
- Presentation and doing "spin selling" activity
- Evaluation on existing customer profitability, operational aspects,
and potential additional services
- As working party at marketing and sales activities
- Attend training to develop relevant skills

Personality:
Self driven, result oriented, empathic communicator, well groomed,
well presented, businesslike

Job requirement:
Gender: female / male
Experience: 1 – 2 years, fresh graduate are welcome
Education: D3 to S1, fresh graduate is ok
Network: Have a wide network in consumer goods, pharmacy, logistics
Language: strong oral / written communication skills in English is a
must
Knowledge: sales, logistic, feasibility study
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Excel: able to make data analysis, not only tabulation
- Power Point: able to make an eligible presentation
- Any additional skills are welcome
Additional: Have a driving license, presentation skill, spin selling

Reporting to: Project Manager

Work location:
The work location is in Lippo Cikarang Delta Silicon 2, It might
require traveling. GAC provides transportation from Jakarta city.
Candidates willing to relocate around Lippo Cikarang are more welcome.

Salary:
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Only short-listed
candidates will be called for an interview.
